Group Food Safety Policy

At Utami Foods Pte Ltd, we are fully committed to ensuring the quality and safety of the food products that we manufacture, process and distribute.

We are committed to:

  1. Produce safe and high-quality food products that consistently meet applicable legal, customer and other requirements, and mutually agreed food safety standards.

  2. Implement and maintain an effective Food Safety Management System (FSMS) that is integrated into all operations, covering the entire food chain, from raw material sourcing to final product delivery.

  3. Establish measurable food safety objectives and monitoring performance for continual improvement of our FSMS.

  4. Provide adequate training and resources to all employees to ensure they are competent and aware of their role in maintaining food safety.

  5. Ensure open communication with all relevant stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, regulatory bodies, and internal personnel, regarding food safety matters.

  6. Review and update the Food Safety Policy and FSMS regularly to ensure ongoing suitability, effectiveness and compliance with applicable requirements.

This policy is communicated, understood, and applied throughout the organization and is made available to all interested parties upon request.
